Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment, as pre-order items are produced based on specific order requests within a set time frame.
Customers have up to 48 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation if it was made in error or due to a change of mind. After this 48-hour period, orders will be marked for production, and cancellations will no longer be possible. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing pre-orders to avoid any issues related to refunds.
